You are bound to have come across an image whose text you wanted to change at some point in your life.

Now, extracting information from your images is no longer an impossible task thanks to JOCR.

The process is really very simple: you just have to capture the area of the screen where you have the image and select the recognize option. JOCR will extract all the text it can recognize and paste it to a TXT document.

JOCR can also be used as a simple screen grab program, and lets you choose between an area, a window or the desktop.
